Wow once again Rodgers and his team have been heroes. They have fixed my car since 2015 and I am always blown away with their service, Today I collected my car and it looks brand new yet again. they have turned my 2009 Toyota into a 2024 model for sure. It looks fabulous!!!! Thank you guys, I am sure I will see you again soon. I can say this as i am a regular car dinger and they always give me the best service ever.. well done

Her promise was to email management to sort out the problem. It has now been 2 hours and she still has not sent the email as promised. this company has nothing but lies!!! her promise is that takealot always looks after customers, however, go to hello peter where 1000s of people have complained and NOT ONCE HAS TAKEALOT ANSWERED. Staff member Sesethu pretended to be a supervisor after 27 emails about 2 products that were faulty. I demanded a manager call. Azeem Hoosain called saying he was the manager and i advised that i would not give any product back until i had confirmation of refund. Mr Hoosain now refers to his refund policy however this was NEVER COMMUNICATED OVER THE PHONE. THEY SELL DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND NEVER REFUND. I HAD THIS PROBLEM 8 MONTHS AGO AND NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK. FRED ZIETSMAN THE CEO IS NOT AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMERS TO COMPLAIN TO. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS ALL PRODUCTS ARE ******* AND DEFECTIVE AND THEY DO NOT LAST LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS!!
these thieves take my money imediately on delivery but when THEY ***** UP, I MUST WAIT 5 DAYS FOR MY MONEY TO BE RETURNED????? what a crock!!!! how dare you do business like this????? they do not answer emails, they just send the standard robotic response and NOTHING ELSE. I booked my plane ticket on cyber monday last year and included travel insurance. All was paid for and the ticket was emailed to me. However. NO INSURANCE DOCUMENTS were ever sent. I requested them and when they arrived 2 MONTHS LATER they are totally NOT FOR A TRAVELLER, THEY ARE THERE TO COVER FLIGHT CENTRE AND SANTAM ONLY, offering R10000 for coverage when it costs R1800, FOR 3 WEEKS OVERSEAS, and you are going to a foreign country and the exchange rate is 12 to 1 that amount is useless. I requested a refund as I am only travelling in March. It took 2 days to received the documents to arrive to cancel (after many emails(unanswered) and whatsapp messages to Rozanne at the Cape Town branch. Bear in mind they took my money with no signature from them or me, NOW they want my signature for the refund. BOGGLES THE BRAIN, when it suits them they are happy to take your money regardless however when requesting a refund they need signatures. How many people keep printers at home? I have sent electronic signatures for years to ALL SORTS OF COMPANIES INCLUDING GOVERNMENT DEPARTM,ENTS, but NOOOO flight centre does not accept electronic signatures. More delays. I had a friend print and i mailed the document ASKING FOR AN EMAIL THAT THE DOCUMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED, ONCE AGAIN NO REPLY!!!! how long does it take to answer an email? flight centre obviously does not allow staff to answer emails or the staff just dont bother. AC their social media expert advised me that someone from their 'team' will call me. Well SO FAR NO CALL, NO EMAIL, NO NOTHING. FLIGHT CENTRE ARE THE WORST EVER!!! I cannot believe that in times when their business is dependent on keeping customers, THEY DONT GIVE A HOOT! PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, FORGET ABOUT EVER HEARING FROM THEM AGAIN, THEY ARE PATHETIC, AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. I have taken to social media to shame them into better service and still all i get are platitudes from this AC person who is their social media person. I am ready to lay a charge of theft against them as I really am not getting any job from A CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY.... WHAT A FSCKING JOKE!!!
fnb offers great lip service via facebook messenger. however they are useless!!! their customer staff are not trained and do not have an idea how to fix problems. they keep transferring me to 8 different people who know less!! capitec and fnb are the worst banks ever!!!
i get a system error so cannot log in, I call and their call centre is suppedly down and cannot get through, then some scamming capitec page sends me a link to fill in a reactivation form which is a scam. I HAVE REQUESTED SOMEONE TO CALL ME but as yet NO ONE HAS A PHONE AT CAPITEC... WORST SERVICE EVER !!! I KEEP GETTING ERROR MESSAGE RED63748F59.
