I am very unhappy. It's been a couple months waiting for a paid up letter from Takealoan. My loan was paid up on the 25 April 2024
I paid my loan finished on the 25 April 2024. I have been begging for my paid up letter and no one is responding. I desperately need that paid up letter
This company keeps deducting money from my account even though I cancelled my membership. They refuse to give my money back after I cancelled.
When this afternoon to Zara clothing. My client went to the fitting room to fit and item did not fit. She ask the lady who was monitoring the fitting room for a different size but the lady ignored my client. i then asked the lady did she not want to help my client she then said she cannot leave.I then asked to speak to a manager I then explained the situation to the manager and the manager said she could assist. The manager said I was right to ask the lady to assist my client. Then a tall, bald and bearded man came to me not sure who he was. He then started arguing with me.i asked if the bearded man if he will give me a chance to talk he then said no it's nit happening today. He told the staff not to give the names Ebrahim 0744403476
This morning my husband( Ebrahim Lee) went to Vodacom in Canal Walk to find out about his dispute. The receptionist Mr Petersen said that he should go to the one in Bellville 46 Oakdale Bellville. When he got there staff refused to let him in and the staff phyiscally come out to discuss his matter outside on the road. This is totally unacceptable.
I have a Techno Spark 7. I dont have it for a year yet and this phone is giving me endless problems. It like it has a mind of its own. Dials numbers to random people and wives are beginning to think I am busy with there husbands. Please my phone is going crazy...What is wrong
On the 15 June 2021my dad went to do a sim swap but we needed the same number as we lost the cellphone. However Telkom agents in Promenade struggled to to register my dad as his fingerprints could not read. They then told him that within in 24hrs the sim card would be activated. The next was a public holiday. Then the thursday the 17 June he went in again to find out when the sim card would be activated the gentlemen who helped him said that I need to come in with my id and they need my fingerprint. I then rushed only to be told by another lady that the sim card would only be activated by Saturday the 19 June possiblily the 20th June. Nothing happened. My dad went in again yesterday and they now telling him that the case is still open and we should wait and check the sim card all the time. I think it unproffessional as normally sim cards are activated immediately we are waiting since last week Thursday. We need the sim card to be activate immediately.
Yesterday afternoon at about 16H15 I got a call that my fibre wires are outside the box it suppose to be in. I then contacted my service provider who is Afrihost and they told me that Vumatel was busy with our neighbors fibre opposite road. The technician failed to put the wires back and to close the box. Afrihost then logged a call with Vumatel to let them know that their techinician should go and investigate. At about 19;40 I got a call from a lady called Demi who is from Vumatel asking me whether there will be anyone home this morning at 08;30 so they could send the techinician out. I ask why because these wires are exposed. She said that they don't have any technician available because they work till 7pm. I told her that my complaint was logged the afternoon already and she then said that they only go the complaint after 7pm. At this point my husband was irate because we were concerned about the exposed wires. We then asked to speak to her manager and she told us that there is no manager on duty. At 19;55 we got a call from a lady called Melissa and she told us that she is Demi manager and that she is doing a follow up call regarding our concern. She told us that the complaint was logged at 16;29 and that it comes from Johannesburg then eventually to them who is in Cape Town. Melissa then told us that Demi is not lying at all of what Demi told us. Melissa then tried to get hold of a maintenance manager or someone to come and sort out our exposed wires. We are so disappointed that we were lied to and that there is no techinician on standby for any issues after hours.
They deducted 395.00 from my account with a promise that I would get a loan. No loan but money deducted. I want my money back
<p>On the 12th September 2016 my family and I went to Spur Promenade. We were shown to a table and then a waiter arrived and did not introduce himself to us. We wanted to order ****tails and lamb ribs and was told by him that there is no stock available.</p> <p> </p> <p>We then continued and ordered a burger special and sirlion steak 300g medium and two kiddie desserts. We then received our order and my husband saw the famous spur onion rings was not the same. It was soft and oily and tasted like burn. The steak was well done and that was not what we requested. We then called the Floor Manager and showed it to him and he then said that it is not suppose to look like that. He then made excuses for them why the spur onion rings was not up to scratch was because the staff was changing shifts. He then offered to get orders.</p> <p> </p> <p>The waiter arrived with it and it still looked the same. We were unhappy and decided this is it. Then we happen to see the Store Manager and my husband approached him to tell him about our complaint. He then shoved my husband out of the way towards our table saying that he could not discuss our order at the table where he was sitting and having a conversation to my opionion which was a friend more than a client.</p> <p> </p> <p>We left to pay and very unhappy of how we were treated.</p>
