Dissatisfied customer!!!

What was supposed to be exciting turned out to be disappointing. My family and I booked here to celebrate my birthday, we were so excited as we read alot of good reviews. However when we got here it was a total disappointment!!! Our rooms had an awful smell, shower was not working, aircon wasnt working, bathrooms were dirty which is extremely unhygienic, no towels in bathrooms as well. We had such a horrible encounter with a game ranger who had such terrible attitude. Request for help to sort out the stuff that were not working was turned into a deaf ear! I was really looking forward to having a good time here being it was birthday but instruction I was extremely dissatisfied as we have paid for this but received extremely poor service!!!!
