Missing Jacket !!

We had a beautiful stay at the private suite and I forgot my expensive jacket and called as asked if they can keep it for me , I was told that I can collect it at reception.

Due to being pregnant I couldn't go back sooner and when I went to reception, ladies told me that they know nothing about the jacket , the manager who was previously there had resigned and that the office was re-arranged and no jacket was found.

I sent an email after enquiring about my missing jacket, almost a year later , NO Feedback from Tala.

I am so disappointed of the way they handled this , not sure of one of their staff members stole the jacket . !! I am not happy .
