Absolutely no care for bridal couple

Was booked to get married on 4th of July however with the outbreak of Corona virus, was forced to cancel the wedding. Even after countless articles been published from south africa ombudsman that a full refund should be granted Talloula still refusing and forcing to postpone for a unknown date. R22000 was paid over a year ago and only 5500 was given back, its going be economic crisis and these people want to withhold peoples money for indefinite time period. Have informed municipality an they ignore on calls made to them, an now in process of taking this matter the legal route. If any other couples are having same problem.
