Brittle , damaged hair!

Leading up to my actual appointment at the salon my hair wasn’t in a bad , dry or brittle condition at all. My balayage was a more darker blonde. My intention on going to the salon was just to lighten the balayage a bit for a more refreshed look.

I’m sitting waiting for assistance and then a lady tells me you want a balayage not even taking into consideration if my hair is in a good condition or asking how light is like to do. In my opinion Tandem isn’t worried about the integrity of their clients hair it’s all about how quick can I get it done and about the money.

After the colour it looked nice I must say but that’s because they blowed it and put in so must product I wouldn’t notice how damaged my hair was.

After washing it out the next day my hair was so dry , brittle and every time I’d brush it the blonde falls out.

I am horrified. This Salon doesn’t care about the integrity of their clients hair! And it’s a shame as many people are not aware of the damage they are doing to your hair.
