Wolf Product Quality

Bought a Wolf 900W electric trimmer from Takealot from Wolf/Tandem themselves. Item was delievered with no *****s for the guard and edging wheel necessitating a trip to a lawnmower shop to get the correct *****s.

Within 2 hours of using it, all but one ***** had worked themselves loose leading to the edging wheel falling off. The less said about the efficacy of the bump feed for the 1.8mm line the better as it is useless necessitating the continuous opening of the bump stock to feed additional line through.

Tandem have thus far not bothered to respond to the query.
