Cyberweek scam

I have received a mail from TAP informing that from 11 to 14 November it’s TAP Cyber Weekend and all flights to Portugal or Spain are 20% off. It’s a fraud because I’m looking for a flight to Lisbon for July and the price is the same of a week ago.
