Worst Airline - Refunds Process Takes Forever

Worst Airline to deal with when it comes to refunds.

I have logged 2 complaints i.e 2022-0001349705 on 13.05.2022 & 2022-0002539195 on 22.08.2022 and the system shows as complete, however the refunds weren't processed.

The flight was delayed by no fault of the passengers and due to it being an urgent flight, an alternate flight was booked.

We do not receive responses to any of the emails that were sent through.
