Never go to Tapas

I have never met such rude staff at a restaurant. Below is my review I posted on google maps as well as their response. From this response, i am extremely disappointed and will most likely never return nor recommend ever again. The Tapas I attended last night is Tapas Lapa Seafood Resturant located on Clapton Beach, Dolphin Drive, Marina Martinique, Aston Bay, Eastern Cape, South Africa, Marina Martinique, Jeffreys Bay, 6332 Me: "Food wonderful but the staff do not talk to you nor do they take the right order. They messed up 3 out of 6 dishes with no apology as well as I sat waiting while my family ate their dinner. The staff did not even bother to explain why my food took so much longer. I then got my food once my family was finished. Love the sand for floor. Tapas was always my favourite place to eat as a child. But tonight I was very disappointed in the atmosphere. Food was great, everything else doesn't even deserve a single star. And to make things worse. You cannot breathe inside as there is no air flow making it hot and stuffy."

Owner: "When the reservation was made, we were informed that you would like to be seated at a specific table and that we should not move the booking to any other table. There is a notice at the front door to inform customers that quality food takes time to be prepared and that we are not in the fast food industry. "
