Watch out for this company. We ordered a pool cover in January and were told it would take 2 to 3 weeks. We are already in May, and they have now stopped responding to emails and messages, having made excuse after excuse when they were still responding.
I requested a refund as I cannot wait any longer, but after that, they simply started ignoring all forms of communication.
I have sent them one last email and message, and will be opening a case of ***** against everyone involved in the transaction. I will also be laying complaints with the Consumer Protection Act and the NSPI, which has them listed as an accredited company.
Please stay clear and avoid losing your money.
