10/10 Do Not Recommend

This review is for the companies with the domains taxconsulting.co.za and financialemigration.co.za.

I app**** with them two months ago to start my financial emigration process. The first step was an audit of my SARS account to ensure compliance before submitting my application to cease tax residency.

After making the initial payment, I waited a full month without any progress. I had to email them to prompt action, only to receive a form to link my SARS account to theirs. After completing this, another two weeks passed with no further updates.

Frustrated, I requested a refund. They apologised, promised a timeline, and connected me with another tax specialist. I completed the form again, but another week went by with no results. Feeling stressed, I requested a refund once more. This time, they quickly responded, stating that the audit was in QA.

I strongly discourage anyone from using their services. They delay at every step, and only when you ask for a refund do they suddenly claim significant progress.
