BOLT is ****ming us people. Please be very vigilant, I am using card payment, I requested a ride then the drive cancelled it, I was charged for cancelation then for a ride I didn't take, I lodged a Complain, I received an automated message that said it takes a maximum of 14days to be paid, today its day 15 without me getting my money back, and it happened again for the second time, where I cancelled the trip, only to find out my ride money was already taken.As am talking to you now, bolt owes me more than R300. If you don't have money in your account and they take that money, before the ride happens, and they claim to replace it in 14 days, what should happen with you?BOLT is putting our lives at risk.
