Day 5 today the bolt driver has my house keys

Selfish driver after making money its day 5 today, she still has my house keys. Requested ride to the mall of the south. My daughter forgot the key in the car. We only realised when we got home, 2 hours later. When we called the driver, yes she`s got the keys, but did not bother call to notify us, we could have asked her to come back whilst she is still closer. Now we cant even get hold of her cause she blocked the guy that helped me request. So een if we want to collect from her wherever she is we cant. She still has my house keys. Anything happen to me she will be held responsible. Driver name Luleka Mtshemla Car model Suzuki DZIRE Car reg. KS84MHGP This is a shameful ridiculous service running after R86.00.
