Return you problematic cars to these people, they don't pay

Buyers beware and know your rights.

I bought a car at the dealership and after 2 months of ownership, the head gasket blew. Since I had only owned the car for 2 months the dealership was liable. However they only paid out R2500 for a R13500 repair.

If this happens to you, return the car to them and don't bother dealing with them to get the car fixed. It is your right to return the goods before 6 months as per the Consumer protection act. Sandile is not a nice gentlemen when he's rubbed the wrong way, don't be fooled.
