Outstanding service and good quality products
Now this is what you call customer service!!!! I placed an order online this morning and Shaheer phoned me this afternoon to find out if he can deliver it for me as he will be driving this way instead of waiting for the courier!!! I even got a freebie. It doesn't get better than this. This business really goes the extra mile for their customers. Please support them!!! I will definitely buy from them again! Thank you so much Shaheer and keep up the good work!!! PS. go show them Big retailers how it's done!

Amazing Customer Service - Highly Recommended
Extremely happy with the service received from Shaheer, a few minutes after placing the order online I received a phone call to confirm that I ordered the correct phone case for my phone (the phone had not yet been released in the country and I wanted to order a cover in advance before getting the phone as I had pre-ordered it) I was pleasantly surprised by this and was also offered to select a range of colours that they hadn't loaded on the website yet. After confirming everything with him he repacked my order with the colour I preferred. The order was also delivered, by much surprise, earlier than anticipated. I highly recommend this company for all your tech needs, not only for their fantastic customer service but also their super competitive pricing.

Legit business. They were out of stock so offered to refund + send me an alternative replacement since it was their fault. Still awaiting feedback on my order from the supplier which they mentioned will take time, but I'm confident they'll deliver!!!

Tech Cart: amazing personalized service.
I purchased an unboxed set of Galaxy Live Earbuds, condition stated 'as new'. My dog had gotten hold of two previous sets (entirely my own fault) and I did not want to yet again pay full price. The service was fantastic; Shaheer arranged for the item to be delivered to me immediately the next day to avoid shipping delays because of the holidays, and even threw in a complimentary case for the buds. The item was also indeed as new, and works perfectly. I have also recently referred a friend due to the above and she also ordered some items. Super impressed, will definitely support again!
