Absolute waste of time and money. They sell devices that are already paired to other devices. What the hell?
These guys are patently dishonest. They sell rejects and incorrect items and then they charge you a collection fee for their false advertising.
I've had numerous instances of partial orders being delivered. Do they have ******* on staff or just careless packers? Then they're completely non-responsive when you want a refund/redelivery, so you must sit out of pocket, while they do absolutely nothing about it. Probably hoping you'll forget about it. PATHETIC

Absolutely *******. Their app does not work. They don't respond to queries at all, and I do mean at all. It feels like a massive con job.
I supported myrunway for years, since the days it of runway sale. I obviously would not have done so if they were bad. But my recent experience has been so awful. They sell products that should be discarded, their delivery is exorbitant and takes forever and they lie to you. They're not straightforward at all. "Free delivery" for example doesn't actually mean free delivery. They're just not worth the trouble and I think we're better off supporting other retailers.
It's impossible to speak to a human being via the call centre and IF you do get an actual person you'll just be referred until these insufferable, incompetent toads hang up on you.
I think it's pretty disgusting how FNB changes the terms around how you can get Ebucks ****erally the ONLY perk of banking with FNB) without informing customers all in an attempt to harvest even more personal information from customers that they can go and sell to third parties. Experian "date breach" anyone?
