I purchased an unboxed set of Galaxy Live Earbuds, condition stated 'as new'. My dog had gotten hold of two previous sets (entirely my own fault) and I did not want to yet again pay full price. The service was fantastic; Shaheer arranged for the item to be delivered to me immediately the next day to avoid shipping delays because of the holidays, and even threw in a complimentary case for the buds. The item was also indeed as new, and works perfectly. I have also recently referred a friend due to the above and she also ordered some items. Super impressed, will definitely support again!
My broker submitted my tax return on the 1st of July. I was selected for an audit, then selected for a further audit and now it's almost 6 months later I am still waiting for my refund. My documents are very straight forward with very little difficulty, I cannot understand why this is not being resolved. Utterly disappointing as SARS does not have to wait for me to pay my taxes. I will be escalating to the Tax Ombud.
I was having some trouble getting a cancelled order credited back on my account, when I finally made contact with Sipho at the Edcon call centre. He was incredibly helpful, always called me back with feedback when he said he would, and resolved my issue within a day. Very grateful and very impressed!
