What an amazing first impression. I received my product (EcoFlow River 2 Power station) in perfect condition. Even the box it came in was in peak condition. I talked to them on WhatsApp throughout the process. If I had any questions, I received a processional, Human response with actual emotions, unlike some companies that just use Bots or controlled awnsering machines.

Oh and I received my parcel in 2 days. Ive never had something I order online receive in that short of a time period.

I'll go to them first whenever I need some tech and appliences again 👌✨ thank you very much!
