Poor service
If you want DELL laptop spares stay away from this supplier. Service is shocking. I tried them for a fairly standard DELL laptop battery ,eventually they sent invoice ,I paid and then guess what...oh sorry for you no stock. What a bunch of clowns. I'd recommend using the opposition (SPL) ,have done for years and never any problems to speak of.

This is our best seller in the Dell battery range, moving multiples on a daily basis, and we sold out quicker than we could replenish our stocks - to compound our challenge, our overseas supply chains have been hit with factory lockdowns, so we are not sure when our next shipments will arrive. Once again we are sorry that you needed to find an alternate source, and apologise for the frustration that we caused you, and do hope that you will give us another chance in the future.
