Purchased a BOSCH tumble dryer from Tafelberg Tokai about 6 months ago and took out additional warranty. An error has now occurred and rendered the machine un-usable. Called Tafelberg a week ago to resolve as part of extended warranty. They did respond but simply passed the service call onto BOSCH. (I could have done that!) BOSCH service is hopeless ,promised to respond within 72 hours ,that period has come and gone and not a peep out of BOSCH. Tafelberg have in reality added no value at all to my purchase. So if it's after sales service you're after go some else to get your product. My pleas to them have produced no action at all.
********** service ! Our 6 month BOSCH tumble dryer came up with an error 1 weel ago ,I spoke to Tafelberg to get BOSCH to remedy as I had taken out an additional warrabty. Appears both the additional warranty and BOSCH have no intrest in sorting this issue out. An impersonal e-mail indicates BOSCH will take max 72 hours to sort the issue ,it's now been 7 days and not a pep out of Bosch and little follow up from Tafelberg. So if you want to purchase a quality product (or so I thought) like BOSCH and expect after sales service...think again ,they do not care.
Warning...warning ,if you need service then stay well clear of Fastways (should be called Slowways). Tracking site totally inaccurate. Called them ,20 minutes later listening to prerecorded messages to no avail. Called the local guy in Muizenberg but voice mail ,Whatsapped him...no response. All round they have no idea. I also use The Courier Guy...fantastic friendly service and pretty much on time. Fastways your management is the problem best you jack it up.
Hi I'd be careful dealing with Discovery Bank. I've had an issue lately and countless phone calls later I've just had the brush off from the phone consultants as they do not know how to do the job. Called now and asked to speak to a senior person..guess what 20 minute wait as I listen to their dreary music...I've now hung up and sent an e-mail to Adrian Gore...lets see if things happen ?
Bad service from Cool Ideas. Made the transition from Supersonic ISP to Cool Ideas as of today ,1st May Sadly it has not turned out well as the blame game continues as it did with Supersonic. Cool Ideas are saying they are waiting on Openserve ,what kind of service is "hurry up and wait" ? I've given both ISPs plenty of time in writing to prepare but still I wait. Not happy with my 1st day of no service with Cool Ideas. Watch the response (hopefully I get one ?) ,"we are very sorry about the delay and trust you understand ' !! Good thing it's not an essential service you provide like food otherwise I'd now be starving. Oh the joys of South African service ,always bad when you need service. I suppose the service can only get worse from this point. Most disappointed I made the move to Cool Ideas.
A measure of a good business is the after sales support they give. I moved to Supersonic as my previous ISP was hopeless at support. Supersonic have now joined the gang of useless support ISPs that goodness I'm moving to Cool Ideas Upteen calls and no joy ,the support staff have no idea what is going on. As for the whatsapp line ,well if you need to become fustrated in double quick time try it ,even worse than the telephonic support line ,not too sure why Supersonic even bother to have the whatsapp support line because it is really bad. Good luck to you Supersonic ,you started off so well but your management has seen to it that the support given is of terrible quality.
Hi One of my pet dislikes is slow service at a fast food joint. Burger King appear to rather good at providing poor service. Being a burger addict I do like their burgers but their service is consistently very slow. I blame management as staff have a tendency to be rather slack when management is away. 3 people in the queue ,6 people behind the counter and it took 15 minutes. What to do Burger King Blue Route ?
If you want DELL laptop spares stay away from this supplier. Service is shocking. I tried them for a fairly standard DELL laptop battery ,eventually they sent invoice ,I paid and then guess what...oh sorry for you no stock. What a bunch of clowns. I'd recommend using the opposition (SPL) ,have done for years and never any problems to speak of.
