Outstanding service, value and professionalism!

I contacted the team and a quote appointment was setup for the next day at my house, which was unexpected. The quote was carried out very professionally by Caro, who was highly knowledgeable about what was required and the various aircon options available. The quote was sent promptly to me that same afternoon. The price reflected amazing value for money. I had many changes and requests on the quote for Caro, which he accommodated with aplomb. I needed the installation to be done within two weeks (during a very busy period before the December holidays), and Caro accommodated me once again. He enlisted two teams for my installation in order to get it done within the time period I required.

The technicians arrived on time for the installation and were all pleasant. The installation was extensive but was carried out smoothly. The team even finished before time! I appreciated that they made a concerted effort to cleanup as well.

I would’ve liked it if they did leave all booklets and packaging however, but this is negligible.
