Mr Price cellphone department took my cellphone for repairs to Technologia for repairs and it was still under warranty, when I called to follow it up with technologia they explained that they can only fix it with an amount equivalent to what I bought it for, I then asked that they don't fix it as I don't have that kind of amount of R1339 as I bought the cellphone for R1500.
Days passed and I did not get any call to say they sending back the phone and when I called in today I was told to pay a rejection fee of R250 to have my cellphone back, I cannot agree to that because it's not fair and I never signed any contract to say I can pay the rejection fee, the lady who took my call lied and said she called me on the 19 April and when I informed her that I never got any call from her she was adamant that she called me , I informed her that I never got a call from her and asked her to stop lying. Now the issue is that I can't have my new cellphone back because I am charged a fee that I know nothing about because it's not like I want them to still fix the phone, the lady was so rude when I was the actual person doing a follow up,her service was just bad and frustrating. I need that new cellphone back because what are they going to do with it, fix it for themselves and then sell it, I don't kno,I had no agreement with them and Mr Price in Cresta must have failed to advise on the matter. So what do I do?
