My 2nd simcard is still not active despite doing the configurations,I kept on calling and they are giving the same configuration setup and I have done it for more than 2 hours but still the second simcard is not working
I booked a delta coach Bus via computicket to depart from qtwn to joburg on the 26th November 2023 . Got to the bus station at 17:00 and the bus was suppose to depart at 18:40 but at 18:31 got an sms to say there might be delays due to ETA not confirmed which we didn't even know what that meant. We waited and waited until 1 delta Bus arrived at 19:55 and the driver asked for people that were suppose to depart at 18: 40 to show their tickets and we did and he started loading people I to the bus and he kept on jumping me and when I asked him why he became irritated or rather violent , I asked him to grant me access to the bus and he refused and when I stepped on the 1st to the 2nd step he pushed me and when I asked why he was refusing for me to travel he said he was doing g us all a favour as our bus is not the one he's on, I tried going inside the bus and the driver became violent and manhandled me and some passengers were reprimanded him but he did not stop and told me rhat i will wait forvmever as I will not be leaving with his bus and his collegue just stood there and didn't so anything as the driver kept on pressing his fingers on my face pushing and trying to drag me. I did not get on the bus and it left , at 21:30 I panicked as I was left with guys only at the shell ultra city in qtwn and decided to book online an intercape Bus to leave for joburg and I did. Still delta coach was jowhere to be seen. So I have been calling computicket for a refund as I booked a second bus to leave for joburg due to delta not arriving, computicket is also giving me a run around and I have been on the phone with them for 2 days with no assistance. I emailed and still nothing. So delta coaches and computicket are failing me and I don't know what needs to happen now because I need my refund. I sent through all the proof and the foto of the driver but still nothing I'm reachable on 0837308124 and my name is Yolanda, kindly assist
Mr Price cellphone department took my cellphone for repairs to Technologia for repairs and it was still under warranty, when I called to follow it up with technologia they explained that they can only fix it with an amount equivalent to what I bought it for, I then asked that they don't fix it as I don't have that kind of amount of R1339 as I bought the cellphone for R1500. Days passed and I did not get any call to say they sending back the phone and when I called in today I was told to pay a rejection fee of R250 to have my cellphone back, I cannot agree to that because it's not fair and I never signed any contract to say I can pay the rejection fee, the lady who took my call lied and said she called me on the 19 April and when I informed her that I never got any call from her she was adamant that she called me , I informed her that I never got a call from her and asked her to stop lying. Now the issue is that I can't have my new cellphone back because I am charged a fee that I know nothing about because it's not like I want them to still fix the phone, the lady was so rude when I was the actual person doing a follow up,her service was just bad and frustrating. I need that new cellphone back because what are they going to do with it, fix it for themselves and then sell it, I don't kno,I had no agreement with them and Mr Price in Cresta must have failed to advise on the matter. So what do I do?
Went to hifi corporation in Cresta yesterday to open an account and I was told that accounts have a specific time to open and that after 4pm they don't open account due to their system, today when I go there again the same is the same,no-one attends to you until you ask them for assistance, they sit behind their desks and some stand by the pay area with no assistance ,it's quite dissapointing as this store is new in the centre and at game we have never experienced such disgraceful service, even today when I went in to enquire or even open an account,it was not helpful going there ,are they trained? Do they know customer service?
I went to Mr Price after getting a call right after I complained about a Cellphone purchased gone wrong. When I got there I was told that a consultant that deals with phones is off and tha I should come back another day, so still with regards to me returning a cellphone that is not working is still in vain. MrPrice in Cresta is just something else
I purchased a cellphone and lost my receipt right,however I have bak statement that proves my cellphone purchase,went to Mr Price and the service I received there was very dissapointing, they could not assist me without the receipt however I once purchased an item and upon exchanging it I was asked to produce a bank statement and I was assisted. So this time when I went with the bank statement I could not be helped and was advised to speak to the area manages,it's over a month now and the shops area managerhas not gotten back to me. It's a brand new phone that keeps on freezing.mr Price Cresta is kak
