Pathetic Service- Mbali

I ordered a Gift for my nephew this week, and Mbali made Numerous promises on having the order delivered and will keep me informed every step of the way. From Tuesday till now, I had to follow up and NO communication on delivery of the item. I clearly articulated to Mbali order needed by Friday.

The highlight of this company, is that Priority is given to larger orders placed by customers, based on Mbali sharing with me the driver did not collect my order because there was a bigger order to collect

Pathetic Service, and rather pay more somewhere else than deal with level of Unprofessionalism!!!!

I'm awaiting the feedback now on my Refund

Still awaiting Refund, numerous calls and emails Only to be Told by Mbali, the FD received the request. This Company is more concerned about reviews than Customer service...

Don't Waste your money with these people and be fooled by the Reviews, you will be **** to and requestin for your money back numerous tines. It's clear without any Legal action they won't Pay your Refund
