Useless "insurer"

Techsured must rank among the most ineffective cellphone insurance providers I’ve dealt with. They seem highly efficient at increasing premiums, yet completely incapable of processing claims in a timely and professional manner.

I submitted all the relevant documents and information for my claim four days ago, and to date, I have received absolutely no feedback or acknowledgment. This level of service is unacceptable.

Please be advised that if this matter is not addressed urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate it to the ombudsman.
