My aunt had signed up for a contract with Vodacom. Vodacom and TechRace have been providing a service to her and when we called to cancel the service Aug 2021 they committed to send me an sms as confirmation to her old no. that the debit order was need cancelled with Absa but with TechRace a monthly fee of R77 has been charged on my aunty bank account. To date they committed to send a cancellation message and none has been sent.
She was then sent this message the day we went to the Vodacom : TechTrace is gekanseleer. Ref.7-8-joja.hulle sal n sms stuur as bevestiging na **********.
She has gone to her bank ABSA at different branches and confirmed the the provider TechRace needs to cancel the services from their end. To date they have been debiting her acc with R77 from the 1 Aug 2021 - 1 Jan 2023. Please for all the inconvenience caused we would like a refund back from Aug 2020 to date. I have commutes to never recommend this service provider to any of my social circles. Please assist Hello Peter
