Horrible post purchase service

Dear Kelly, you have ordered a TM series walkpad which was on back order status with our warehouse. Multiple emails was sent to you regarding the delay in restocking and the estimated ETD or the option to cancel and have your order refunded. You failed to respond to any and this is the first message received from you on a rating platform since your order was received. While we understand its Sunday today and you took the time to rate us on your day of from frustration of not having your order, please take some time to explore the comm sent you you regarding the ETD as the product ordered was on back order status when you ordered it and not in IN STOCK status. This is a premature irrational rating which we understand can vent from your frustration however if you took the time to read or respond to our emails we would not be here. Only distraught customers use this platform for negative ratings, all our customers don't take the time to create a hello peter acc and leave ratings nor do we ask for same. Kindly respond to our email and confirm if you are willing to wait for the ETD or prefer to cancel and get a refund instead of leaving comments of this nature which does not help anyone!
