I purchased a Tecno Train TM2001 Walking Jogging Pad Under Desk Portable Treadmill 2024 Upgraded Mod 1.5hp treadmill (Order number 2165) on 14 May 2024 and have still not received it. They are not responding to my emails. Is there any other way to get a response from someone regarding this order?
Hi guys, Please make sure that Yellow Sub actually has the item you want to purchase in stock if you are not willing to accept a replacement item, the website might state there is stock but this is not always the case. It is normal for companies to run out of stock and it is normal for me to decline a replacement item. It, however, is not normal to wait over a month for my refund. The staff are continually telling me that they are waiting on "the finance department". Does it usually take a month to refund a client? I hosted my 10 year old child's birthday party at Panarottis in Menlyn and the experience was awful. Abel, the manager, has failed to inform me that they do not allow children above 1,2m to play on the playground (a large playground, which was the reason I chose this specific place). When I asked him why I was not informed whilst making the booking that they do not allow children over 1,2m onto the playground as a precautionary measure, he stated that he is not obliged to inform me of the restaurant's terms and conditions and proceeded to speak over me continuously. He then asked all the kids to leave the playground, resulting in a group of disappointed kids. After 30min one of the attending kids father went to ask Abel what had happened and miraculously after ge spoke to Abel he allowed the children, which were all over 1,2m back onto the playground. I believe that this is not an appropriate place to host your child's birthday party and will not recommend that anyone even attempt to voice their concerns to Abel the Manager, he will not listen to you and will ignore the situation afterward. The poor waitress tried her best to make us feel at ease but Abel completely ignored us.

I believe this situation could have been defused rather quickly, had Abel, the manager, been equipped with communicatuon skills. Please avoid this restaurant at all cost.
