Tecno Train - Customers are stupid and ++++ let's you know it.
<div>If I could I'd rate - minus a million stars for this company and +++, I would. I purchased a 2024 treadmill model on Takealot, Images show the handle can fold for easy storage. I checked out this treadmill on their website, it was also on sale on their website, description included the folding ability along with diagrams/images. I enquired via email direct about the foldability and got the snottiest and rudest after sales response you couldn't imagine. It's left a sour taste in my mouth after being really excited about this treadmill. Based on the companies response to other poor reviews, they don't care about you. I don't know why anyone would think to speak to people or treat people this way would be okay? You bought our new TT4 walkpad with Takealot. Not via us. Your claim or any issues regarding the machine/after sales / warranty all lie with Takealot and not us. You have no sales with us nor are you a customer of ours yet you embark on an audacious smear campaign of this nature which boils down to your mis-understanding of how the product works. The product description on Takealot clearly says it includes a handle bar and nowhere does it say it is foldable, it does go up and down via a 2 step process. You can't buy a product and expect it to do more that what it is stated that it does then get upset about it as if you imagined it would do something that it doesn't. That points to sheer stupidity.

06 Aug 2024, 17:22You are the supplier, it's your name and your brand sold via a 3rd party, hence you need to take responsibility for YOUR PRODUCT When someone enquires about the functionality on your product, the reason I and many others on google review have posted is because of how rude you are ash, not about the product. The product is wonderful but the way you speak to people are not okay. Your email thread also confirms it is foldable, just not properly described anywhere. This is not about the description, I don't care about the handle bar, I care about you being rude and not just giving good customer service in a polite manner after people drop 5k! You need anger management, and customer service training. Like I said, you've missed the entire point of the complaint.
