<div>If I could I'd rate - minus a million stars for this company and +++, I would. I purchased a 2024 treadmill model on Takealot, Images show the handle can fold for easy storage. I checked out this treadmill on their website, it was also on sale on their website, description included the folding ability along with diagrams/images. I enquired via email direct about the foldability and got the snottiest and rudest after sales response you couldn't imagine. It's left a sour taste in my mouth after being really excited about this treadmill. Based on the companies response to other poor reviews, they don't care about you. I don't know why anyone would think to speak to people or treat people this way would be okay? Takealot, I am now fed up with you. Why must getting a order delivered be so complicated? What is going in with you guys this last year? You are going backwards very fast Ordering from takealot has now just become a pain and stressful. Please check my history, youll see this last year has been returns, delivery issues or when your supplier does not fix things. You need to look at who are supplying things on your website and regulate it, some of your stuff are things you can buy for 70% less on geek or wish. Example your dash cams. I had to wait 3 weeks for my faulty dashcam. I have now been waiting for a week or more for the light, your drivers just drop my order, dont get me to sign for anything and speed off before I am able to check or communicate properly. I am done with takealot. Please put my credit into my bank account. Pull up your socks, go check hello peter and youll see so many issues pertaining to delivery. Its not that hard, and then you want to charge so much for delivery!
Mr Price has to stop harrassing me. Since I can't upload proof here you'll need to contact me. Mr Price phones me more than 5 times a day. I have the logs. I refuse to answer and have asked repeatedly to STOP CALLING ME. Then when I don't answer they ring all my alternative numbers. And the reason for the call..... " Please open an account with us" Why on earth would I have anything to do with a company who harrasses people. This is unacceptable. Contact me for my details so that you may remove my details from your system. The fact that you have contact me on all my private details are an invasion of my privacy. Next step: legal action. <p>Hi there,</p> <p>we never normally complain but after the 3d strike we decided to contact KFC.<br />A few months ago we ordered a 2 meals at the Plattekloof Branch, only to find when we got home the food was not correct and the branch had rung up all the food individually instead of the meal price. We did not go back to the branch as my partner already started eating his mean on the drive home which is in Goodwood.</p> <p>2nd Strike, N1 City Branch by the value centre close to virigin active, also ordered 2meals, one meal had missing chips. This we also only discovered once we got home. We should have known better than to trust KFC to get a order right. Its extremely inconvenience to drive back and dig for slips in the bin just to go fight for what you paid for.</p> <p>What are your employees doing? Why does this keep happening at different branches?? Are your employees pocketing what the customers are paying for and hoping they will be like us who wont make the drive back to complain?</p> <p>3rd strike was at one of the branches in Voortrekker street where we ordered 8 zinger wings and only received 5, also only discovered after we had left the premises.</p> <p>KFC what is going on?????<br />Why are your branches doing your customers in like this????<br />You are a multi million corporation, why not keep things honest?</p>
<p>Hi,</p> <p>this is the 3rd time TFG has debited my account on the wrong date, Ive changed the date 3 times as per your request, ive gone into the stores and filed the application ect THREE TIMES! I work on a budget monthly and every time you debit my account on the incorrect dates it leaves my account in a overdraft. This is unacceptable, I am a paying customer, how hard is it to change the date of a debit order? Its very inconvenient for me to having to go into the store to fill out the application and copy my ID monthly for you to do your damn jobs! Every time I go to the stores they dont even have the forms I need to fill out, they need to call first then wait for a email then print it etc. This takes up to an hour every time, this is 3 hours of my time which is already limited wasted. You are messing with my budget and my time this is completely and utterly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Please refund my account as you have now left me without funds for the rest of the month. How are you going to fix this or must I go in for a fourth time? Or better, close my account with your group that cant be trusted to action a simple task such as changing a debit order date.
