Poor Service

I bought a spinner seal from TecsaReco in February this year and paid online, I received the seal, the seal was too big for the spinner and I let them know, so they said, they didn't have another one, they will arrange for collection, and refund my money, up to today, I'm still waiting for them to collect the seal, and for the refund, still nothing. I sent Karabo an email on the 26th of March, again and asked him what's happening, and up until today, he didn't respond on the latest email
