No refund back, after a few questions about it
I wrote a review last month about this place, so they eventually fetch the seal on the 2nd of April, since then I'm waiting for the refund, on the 13th of April, I did query about the refund, and this is what they sent me back: "Good morning Lindie, I hope this email finds you well. Refunds normally take a week to be finalized . Finance is busy with your refund as I’ve already assigned it to them. Regards." Up until today, I didn't received any refund, and they deducted the delivery charges, witch is understandable, but the refund is still not paid back to me0 replies

TRERRIBLE SERVICE FROM OK FURNITURE
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! My mom bought a fridge from OK Furniture Steeldale, Gauteng in 2018/2019 (I'm not sure wich year), she paid it finished and she took out an extended guarantee/warranty. The guarantee/warranty expiered on the 18th December 2025, I've been in contact with them, since November this year, send through al the paper work, they asked for, and up until today, they did not fix the fridge. The Steeldale Branch closed down, so I've been dealing with the branch in Alberton0 replies
