I recently had a very disappointing experience with Ted Baker regarding a pair of white sneakers I purchased in October last year. Despite wearing them only three times (in February and May), the shoe lace tore on the third occasion while I was simply tying it - no excessive force was app****.
I visited a Ted Baker store to complain, bringing the shoe box and paper bag as proof of purchase. However, the staff were unhelpful and refused to assist me because I didn't have a receipt slip. Furthermore, they claimed that Ted Baker doesn't manufacture shoe laces. This lack of effort to help a customer is unacceptable. A simple solution like using a lace from another shoe could have resolved the issue, but they showed no interest in assisting me.
