Terrible service. They treat you as if you are not the customer. I had 2 consecutive issues. First time it took them 38 days just to tell me if they have a part or not in stock. And it only took 38 days because I eventually approached management. Everyone else was disinterested.
Second time in a separate issue I got a response saying they had no stock. No apology. Not suggestion that they put any effort into it.
I chased management agin, and then only then I got a sense they tried various suppliers. Having said that they would not approach head office in UK. It seems as if that would be mushroom much for Home of Living Brands to do.
Ultimately they don’t treat you with the respect a customer should be given.
I will never try their products again.
Try Swan products! Also a UK company. Such a difference in service!!
