I purchased a Hoover vacuum cleaner from Home of Living Brands in June last year. Shortly after placing the order, I sent an email requesting cancellation, but I never received any response and the order was not cancelled. The vacuum cleaner is now faulty. Although the machine switches on, it has no suction and is therefore not fit for its intended purpose. I have attempted to resolve this matter directly with the company, but I have not received satisfactory assistance. I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of customer service. As a consumer, I expect a functional product and proper communication from the supplier. I am requesting urgent assistance to resolve this matter through a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act. I hope Home of Living Brands will address this issue promptly and provide a fair resolution.
