Tekkie town pay back my money!!!!

In appalled by Tekkie town Woodmead and it's bad customer service. I purchased sneaker 16 December the amount was deducted but they said due to network issues it didn't go through. I gave them the sneakers and they said they'd refund me within a few days. It's been a week and no refund. I dearly with a guy names Mo***eng who I believe is the branch manager. I have to waste my airtime to call to get updates. I just need my money and I will never ever buy anything at Tekkie town. It was the first and Las time.
