I am a regular customer of The Courier Guy and frequently use the PUDO Locker Service, which is why this experience has been particularly disappointing. I recently used a PUDO locker to send items and, unfortunately, I was not aware that only one parcel should be placed in a locker. I mistakenly placed two items inside the locker — a book and an expensive perfume. When the parcel was collected and delivered, only the book was delivered and the perfume is missing. What is troubling to me is the explanation I received from support that the driver only took one parcel. If there were two items in the locker, it raises serious questions: How did the driver decide which item to take? What happened to the second item (the perfume)? Why was I not contacted to clarify the situation when two items were found? As someone who uses Courier Guy frequently, I find the lack of transparency very concerning. At this stage, I am afraid that the perfume may have been taken by the person who collected the parcel, especially knowing that the explanation may simply be that only one item should have been in the locker. While I acknowledge my mistake, this does not explain what happened to the second item that was clearly in the locker at the time of collection. I would appreciate a proper investigation and clear feedback on what happened to the missing perfume. As a loyal customer, I expected far better handling and communication in a situation like this.
I would like to make share my unpleasant experience with your so-called luxury buses. We pay for Sleepliner for comfort, but what I experienced is far from luxurious. I was on your bus (number plate : ICG 251 GP) that was traveling from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth 30th Sept 2025 at 15:45pm set to arrive in Port Elizabeth 7:25. The bus tyre burst at 11:59pm in the middle of nowhere, the passengers hears the tyre burst but the driver didn't stop the passengers had to yell for the bus to stop as the tyre was making a loud sound and had a distinct vueninf smell. The driver eventually stopped , at that moment, no one even cared to explain what was taking place or apologize for the inconvenience. We were left in the dark literally and figuratively while they fixed the tire for an hour. When the tire was fixed, we carried on with the trip, once again at no point did we hear an apology. The tire burst again at Cradock at around 7:30am. ( this was our estimated time of arrival), and we were already 4 hours behind schedule. This was the perfect time to let people know about the possible delay The driver once again fixed the tire now with the help from agitated and tired passengers, and we still heard no apologies or an explanation of what was going on, which angered the passengers. This was a horrible experience, and one my 5 year old had to experience, we felt in danger and felt that this bus doesn't care about its passengers. One also begs to ask how often your busses are maintained or serviced? How did no one see that two tires were flat or compromised. You need to teach your drivers customer service and how to deal with such incidents. You have precious lives onboard and need to be aware of such... there was nothing luxurious about this experience, and I don't think I will ever be using your services in the near future. A courtesy SMS would have sufficed when you saw we were running late. We only arrived in Port Elizabeth at 12 pm. midday close to 5 hours after the original estimated time of arrival. Whilst I understand a tire burst is somehow out of your control, however the way you handled the situation lacks empathy and shows that you don't care about customer service. In appalled by Tekkie town Woodmead and it's bad customer service. I purchased sneaker 16 December the amount was deducted but they said due to network issues it didn't go through. I gave them the sneakers and they said they'd refund me within a few days. It's been a week and no refund. I dearly with a guy names Mo***eng who I believe is the branch manager. I have to waste my airtime to call to get updates. I just need my money and I will never ever buy anything at Tekkie town. It was the first and Las time.
The worst pharmacy to get your chronic medication. These peoole would rayher see you sick then deliver your medication, Discovery approved their claim but theu wont deliver my medication
I resigned from my place of employment in May and asked that my pension fund be send to a new pension fund. Momentum won't release the funds because there aernt banking details for new pension fund. But Alexander Forbes has sent a form for Momentum to fill in before they can provide banking details. Momentum won't fill in that ROT form to send to Alexander Forbes. Now I'm stuck as a customer.... what's meant to happen when these two financial institutions wont cooperate with each other. I just want my funds to be released by Momentum to Alexander Forbes. I call every day waisting my airtime to follow up what kind of customer service is this....
