NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE - TELEFLORIST HUGO DE KLERK

<p>We arranged and paid for flowers for mothers day from Teleflorist which is managed, or shall I say mismanaged by Hugo de Klerk. The flowers was never delivered and Hugo said it would be delivered the Monday "with sweets". This promise was not kept and I called him to enquire what was going on. He immediately was very rude and could not identify the client as many clienst did not receive delivery. I said to him every delivery which was not done is a delivery to many. He became very arrogant and agressive and I gterminated the call. He afterwords suddenly alledged that I was the agressive party and spoke to him by saying I want to go to him and f him up. How convenient to try and cover the absolutely horrific handling by Teleflorist / Hugo de Klerk of the situation. I wonder what became of client servoice. When he was sent a mail his responses was that I allegedly used these words and he further replied by saying I am lying and I am an idiot. Absolutely shocking and horrific to deal with such a vulgar person. Kharma....</p>
