<p>We arranged and paid for flowers for mothers day from Teleflorist which is managed, or shall I say mismanaged by Hugo de Klerk. The flowers was never delivered and Hugo said it would be delivered the Monday after mothersday "with sweets". This promise was not kept and I called him to enquire what was going on. He immediately was very rude and could not identify our surname as a client, "as many clienst did not receive delivery of their flowers". I said to him every delivery which was not delivered was a delivery too many. He became very arrogant and agressive and I terminated the call. He afterwards suddenly alledged that I was the agressive party and spoke to him by saying I want to go to him and "f@*k him up". How convenient to try and cover the absolutely horrific handling by Teleflorist / Hugo de Klerk of the situation. I wonder what became of client service. When he was sent a mail his responses was that I allegedly used the words above and he made more derogatory statements, also further replied by saying I am lying and I am an idiot. Absolutely shocking and horrific to deal with such a vulgar person and business. Kharma....</p>
