I have never seen such bad service in my entire life this company is the hoooorrrreble
These guys don't deserve even half a star. Telesure employees, your services are dis-speak-able. My claim has been outstanding for more than 6 months. Each time, I have to be the one calling and asking for progress. After numerous complaints about your service,s this company dont even bother to provide good customer service. Here is the claim number 77897957601. Can you guys please wake up or shift in this market as you can stand it? What you guys are doing clearly outlines the incompetence.

16 Feb 2026, 12:15You don't provide feedback or update the client on the status at least on a monthly basis. My claim has been awaiting feedback from the other party since the end of October. We are in month four now, and you are still saying the same thing, "waiting for third party". The worst of all it's me who has to call every time seeking an update. You are so good at responding here for the public eye, but you don't attend to clients' matters.
