These guys don't deserve even half a star. Telesure employees, your services are dis-speak-able. My claim has been outstanding for more than 6 months. Each time, I have to be the one calling and asking for progress. After numerous complaints about your service,s this company dont even bother to provide good customer service. Here is the claim number 77897957601. Can you guys please wake up or shift in this market as you can stand it? What you guys are doing clearly outlines the incompetence.
Budget Insurance have been an amazing insurance by far. Same time response at the accident, clear communications, follow-ups on cases and checking up on customers' safety. The claiming process ran smoothly, and no delays in approvals. Handing over to the repair company was proper and involved clear communication. I would like Budget Insurance to change the recovery company (Telesure - Tihsa). Telesure is a nightmare and is not a company to be used by Budget Insurance, as they are completely the opposite. You guys deserve a recovery company that will match your standard, and Telesure (Tihsa) is ridiculous and nowhere close to the Budget Insurance standard.
Very very bad insurance. They are a rep off. Double debiting premiums any amount they are pleased to take. My premiums we R1233 a month in total for all my four policy at Hollard. In February they debited on wrong date then i went and make manual payment. In march they debited a premium of R1450 + R178 which was R408 extra. I requested money back which they did not pay back my money. In April they further deducted R2114 + R178 which was double the premium they suppose to take of R1233. I was left we no transportation money I couldn’t even buy groceries at home. I went again a compliant numerous times at their branch in PMB Chief Albert Luthuli Street. They did all they could do to help but the Hollard head office was a nonsense they have not done a single thing correct, instead they persist in doubling premiums in my policy. If anyone thinks of taking an insurance RUN AWAY FROM Hollard they are out for no good. I have been with Hollard from 2015 to 2021 loyal & everything yet the do this to me now. They don’t t care about customers They are up for no good #Hollard-must-fall
Customer service is in your blood veins Leila. She was professional and understanding with a step by step explanation. She was warm expecially during this time of struggle. I feel as being part of the family.
