There is nothing wrong with instore staff but the ***** department is the one that do *****.
A few weeks back I went to the Refinery Store to purchase clothes using my store account. I found out that I can't use my card because it was blocked. The following Monday, I decided to follow up and I found out that in April someone changed my cell number to something else that why the card was blocked. They advised that the issue will be resolved within 21 -30 days. It has not been 30 days with the ***** case and last night someone changed my cell number again . I found out this because an sms was sent of this change around 19:30. When I called this morning their ***** department said that someone at the ***** department changed it because it is not possible to be changed while the card is blocked.
Tenacity is full of *****. Becareful. Definitely paying off the balance and closing this ridiculous account.
