They sent an out of delivery sms Tuesday 3/03/2026 . When I got home around 14:30 my mom said there was no parcel delivered. Around 21:30 I received an email from Shein that said it was delivered. On Wednesday 04/03/2026 I contacted shein,dpd laser said Neli signed for the parcel after 18:00 ,I was home at that time and no parcel was delivered. I sent an email as well and they have not gotten back to me. I want my parcel
There is nothing wrong with instore staff but the ***** department is the one that do *****. A few weeks back I went to the Refinery Store to purchase clothes using my store account. I found out that I can't use my card because it was blocked. The following Monday, I decided to follow up and I found out that in April someone changed my cell number to something else that why the card was blocked. They advised that the issue will be resolved within 21 -30 days. It has not been 30 days with the ***** case and last night someone changed my cell number again . I found out this because an sms was sent of this change around 19:30. When I called this morning their ***** department said that someone at the ***** department changed it because it is not possible to be changed while the card is blocked. Tenacity is full of *****. Becareful. Definitely paying off the balance and closing this ridiculous account.

I ordered eggs from that which they said on the site they were R280 for large eggs for 12 trays. The ordering system was on whatsapp. The guy said because it's a small amount, I must send an ewallet. The next day they sent an email saying I must send R300 for insurance which is refundable amount which was not stated on the site. The email said if I pay that the eggs will be delivered before 17:30 Sunday.I refused to pay that amount. Until now the eggs are not delivered
There was an issue with their system in december where by my account was deposited with extra money by mistake . The other bank was agressive in trying to get me to pay back the money but Tymebank explained everything to me on what happened and gave me time to investigate my bank statements if i really had money that went in that was not supposed to be there. Talked about payments arrangements ,ect.
I Spoke to a lady called Avikha (excuse my spelling) ,well mannered. Her product knowledge is on par. She took her time and used simple language to explain. Very impressed. Thank you . Nelisiwe Ngcobo
I ordered my pair of shoes from [URL Removed] on the 19th of June 2015 (friday after 11am.). I was currently on sick leave so i forgot to change the shipping address from my home address to my work address because i assumed that i would be back at work by the delivery time. I noted them via email.I got an email response from Jenevieve in less then 10 minutes.the problem was sorted in the next 15 minutes. received my shoes today .it took 2 days to get my items. Thanks Runwaysale for the great service.Will definitely buy again.
