These people are absolutely horrible with service delivery, they don't give you service in order for you to default on payments. A total ****.
I paid my Ackermans account about 2 weeks okay via Ozow. I used my bank account number as the reference instead of my ackermans account number for my payment. So for my payment to be linked to my name I've been emailing and calling Tenacity (accounts department for ackermans) for the last 2 weeks without any help. They just keep on saying they want an sms from my bank app. Which I explained can only be sent during the moment you're making the payment and not afterwards. I have my bank statement, screenshots and everything, even the bank account reference showing its paid from my account but they say its not enough proof as to it being my payment. I am totally shocked and flabbergasted during this "festive" season, how big legal companies get away with *****ing from SA citizens.

None of them care to sort this out. The payment is due tomorrow (paid 2 weeks early), just for it to be late tomorrow because none of them want to link the payment to the account as part of the whole ****. I wonder how many customers this is happening to.
