UNAUTHOPRISED SUBSCRIPTION DEDUCTION FROM PERSONAL ACCOUNT

Tenoshare took funds from my account for an option I never subscribed to and mind you the funds are for my son's school fees. The weekly option I do agree but not for a higher option which I never opted for. Was I ****med?
