I ordered 2 oven selector switches from them online. Since there was a problem with the banking app, I paid for it with an immediate payment and emailed proof of payment to the proper address. After 3 days, I enquired via email - no response. After 7 days I called them. A friendly lady assisted me and said she would find out and call me back. The next day, I called again. The same lady said that my payment was confirmed and that the order would be dispatched. I received the order 3 days later, only to find that they sent 1 switch, not 2. I emailed the friendly lady, but was ignored. So now, I consider them to be daylight ******s with a badly functioning logistics department. Especially for online sales.
Next time, I shall simply drive to the closest branch and buy it over the counter.
