Covid tests for travel purposes - great service by Testaro.
We were very happy with the mobile health service offered by Testaro. Although something went wrong with our booking, a phone call late on a Sunday afternoon sorted everything out - Elizabeth at Customer Support handled this like a pro and our nurse (Janet) did a great job. Our result were available within 5 hours.

Effortless and top notch service
Needed a PCR test for a flight to Namibia. I emailed Testaro on the website contact link, set up an appointment, and the mobile testing station arrived on time. They called a few hours in advance to confirm. In 10-20 minutes they did a painless throat swab, explained all the details, and did payment after taking the sample. This was in the afternoon, I got the results the next day in the early morning hours. I downloaded the results pdf, printed it out and both airports were happy with it

Testaro mobile testing stations unconformity and unprofessional
Good day, What a bad experience I had with this company. I looked on the internet for a Covid 19 testing place and came across this company. They advertised fast, no ques and efficient service. I went to the Centurion testing station and asked them about their fees and business hours. They told me that they open from 09H00 but will meet because of my special request at 07H00 to test me. The sample will be sent to the Lab at 10H00 and I will receive my results by 16H00 the same day. On the 24 November 2021On the 25 November 2021 I arrived at 06H40 at their mobile trailer in the parking lot as agreed. I waited until 07H20 and left because they never came as promised. I phoned their number on the trailer but no one answered the call. I went to my office and looked for a closer testing station near my work. I found that Boksburg had also a mobile unit. I tested at 09H08 and was happy that it was done because travel testing results need to be done within 72 hours before crossing borders. At 19H00 I have not received any confirmation of the results and phoned them. They apologized to me for being misled but I will still get in the course of the evening. At 06H00 I was at the border and could not enter the neighbouring country due to no covid results. I waited until 09H00 again which the said it will never happen that you will ever need to wait for 24 hours to get your covid results. Well, they misrepresented this statement. At 09h48 I received my negative covid results for me to cross the border. But what bothers me the most was when I was on the phone with them they advised they send my results via WhatsApp to a number that was not mine. They had sent my results to my wife which I find offending. Is there not a POPI ACT 2020 that prohibits the distribution of private information like my medical results. My results were distributed to someone else without my consent which I find is unacceptable. They cost me money because I could not make the next border on time to enter the other country and they distributed my private information to some else. Please avoid these companies and rather go to the Lab it is much safer and professional.

Fraudulent COVID Testing
This company has no right offering COVID Testing. Their system is ALWAYS DOWN and their own staff talk about complaining and needing better equipment and the owners not caring. The owner is NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. HIS OWN STAFF CAN'T FIND HIM. He doesn't answer calls according to the staff opposite Neighborhood.
