Ghosting is the primary means of delivery
I ordered and paid for a wind turbine - it eventually arrived several months later. when I ordered an additional component - 10 months later it did not arrive. Do not use/trust them - rather find a local company and chat to someone to see if the company is legit. do you homework

Avoid Tesup – A Complete ****!
I placed an order with Tesup a year ago, and I still haven’t received my product. Despite numerous attempts to contact their customer service, I’ve received nothing but excuses, delays, and complete radio silence. This company is incredibly unprofessional, and at this point, I have no confidence that I will ever receive my order. They gladly take your money but fail to deliver on their promises. I strongly advise against buying anything from Tesup. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this company! #Tesup**** #BadService #*****

This company is a ***** ,I believe they are taking 100s of 1000s maybe more from people and not delivering the products ,there is no way to get ahold of them online beside a ticketing system which is useless ,we are tracing back through the account payment system they are using to locate them ,do not buy from them you are going to loose your money they will not deliver.

***** **** AT ITS BEST - CASE number - ASZA240900023 Don`t be caught ****ERS - they do not deliver - NO Telephone numbers !!! Make consistant promises via a ticket response only Even when confronted with the facts - totally dismiss everything. DONT DO IT - BLANTANT *****. THE BEST ****ERS EVER.

This is a *****ulent company, they fooled me with their marketing and excellent website, paid for my order but received nothing, no communication and no physical address.

Bad awfel
It is the worst company and the worst products that they sell if you like to waste your money and ur time buy from them. I bought 3 wind turbines from them at the beginning they said it will take 4 weeks to received it but it took 2 months, after I received it I discovered: 1) it is made in Turkey not Europe as they said. 2) It rusted because of the rain. 3) the axe is not straight. 4) it is not working. They have the worst customer service I tried to contact them but it is ******* and no phone number to call. I asked for my money back and to return thier garbage back but no answer as well. I don't advice anyone to buy from them. I have a prove for that if anyone need it. Check this vedio: https://youtu.be/ggHVD0Dndoc
