GoDaddy is quick to take your money for domain transfers and annual fees, but try using them as a registrar to point your domain back to their name servers, and it’s an endless run-around. They promise ‘7 days,’ then ‘another 72 hours,’ then ‘24-48 hours,’ and finally ‘5 more days.’ This incompetence left my website offline for weeks. Beware!
Must be a ***** of a company, they sell you something and then it is impossible to even get support on the product.
CellC despite numerous calls and emails stating that my Cell C fibre account is cancelled are still debiting my account, even going so far as to change the debit order to bypass a stop order.
Cell C ran a special on a fibre promotion that I signed up for. Having already been installed with Metrofibre I required certain features to be ported across. After many failed attempts to get their technical team to understand my requirements I chose to cancel. I received confirmation and a refund noting that I no longer wished to have the fibre. Roll on a few months and they are now debiting my account. I contacted support and notified them of their error and produced email proof of the refund and cancellation. Once again this month they have deducted again. I am not getting any responses from their support and require the debit order to be cancelled and refunds done. I have never even received the equipment or made any use of the service.
Not sure how these guys do business, but they advertise one thing and then try tell you another. Bought a universal laptop charger which clearly states with EU plug and they then say no but it is not on the image.

We recently decided to take the LTE uncapped option as our area is currently lagging behind on all fixed line options. The first 2 weeks or so were great and we were getting in the region of 20mbps. After the first round of billing that performance evaporated and after months of twitter conversations and support requests being logged we have had nothing. We are now told that throttling is normal. My issue is now that I have shown them they have us on the wrong package yet we cannot get them to sort this out. The support centre sends you to a shop, the shop tells you to call support and this is just too much now. We would like our LTE service and not the 4mbps up and down package which we are currently on yet being billed for LTE uncapped.

I have cancelled my world of golf subscription in January already meaning my last payment was due for February, it is now April and they are still taking my money. You cannot phone and the number is not in service according to telkom and they never respond to emails.
